The Sitelynx idea

We develop
the undeveloped.

A business waiting for its first website. A store that needs a clearer direction. A team looking for a better way to manage customer follow-up. We help turn the next step into something practical.

What Sitelynx is about

Your website should
make your business
easier to understand.

Sitelynx is a South African website development and digital systems business founded by Kyle Bezuidenhout. We work with startups, established businesses and e-commerce brands that need to build or improve their online presence.

Our work starts with the customer journey: what visitors see when they arrive, whether they understand the offer and how easily they can find a product, make an enquiry or complete a purchase.

Then we look at what supports that experience—content, store setup, analytics, CRM connections and customer follow-up. The right combination depends on your business and the scope we agree together.

How we approach a project

Keep the work clear.
Keep it useful.

The decisions we make should help your customers and make sense for the people managing the website.

01

Start with the business.

Understand your services, products, customers and goals before deciding what the website should look like or which tools it needs.

02

Agree on the details.

Set out the deliverables, timeline, payment milestones and revision rounds in the proposal, so there is a clear starting point.

03

Build for everyday use.

Create clear navigation and mobile layouts, then explain how to manage the normal content updates after handover.

The tools follow the brief

The right platform
