Yes. We can review your current website and recommend a refresh, a focused set of fixes or a full redesign based on what you need.
Which website platform should I use?
We work with Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce and Squarespace. We recommend a platform based on your products or services, budget, required features and how you want to manage the website.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with businesses in South Africa and internationally, including the United States and United Kingdom. We agree on communication and project milestones at the start.
How long does a website take?
The timeline depends on the scope, content readiness and any integrations. Your proposal will include an estimated schedule and the information we need from you to keep the project moving.
How do payments work?
A typical project uses a 50% deposit, a 25% progress payment after approval of the main design direction, and a final 25% before launch or handover. Your signed proposal confirms the agreed payment terms.
Can I update the website after launch?
Yes. We plan your website around everyday management and provide handover guidance for normal content updates. Ongoing support is also available if you would prefer us to help.
